CPM Proteins work closely with all its suppliers to make sure the products that we sell meet all the requirements set out in EU Legislation and Global Food Standards.
All of our suppliers have a minimum requirement of a HACCP system and many of whom also have BRC, IFS and ISO Certificates.
Independent Quality Auditing
Our commitment to quality and food safety is reinforced by our policy of independently auditing many of our suppliers on a random, annual basis.
Our branded products are independently surveyed during production and again at the point of shipping as part of the quality assurance programme. This ensures that they meet our specification requirements and the quality associated with our own branded products.
CPM Proteins aim to produce meat products which meet and exceed customer safety and quality requirements.
